Departures

The day ends at 5:00 PM - Pickup is via the main entrance (front), and parents must check in at the reception.

Upon registration, parents will receive a confirmation number by email. Anyone picking up the child must present this confirmation number at all times, or they will not be allowed to leave with the child.

With parental authorization, children (aged 10 and up) may leave the camp starting at 4:00 PM, depending on distance and weather. The departure authorization form (available at the reception or by email) must be completed and submitted before camp begins.

Ratio 1/10 1/12 1/15

Special outings and activities

Parents must pay the fees associated with outings and special activities at the time of camp registration. Participation in planned outings is mandatory for all children enrolled that day. If you prefer your child not to participate, they will need to stay at home. Transport authorization forms must be completed and submitted before each outing.

Allergies and Epipen

We ask that you do NOT pack any food containing NUTS AND PEANUTS in your child's lunchbox.

If your child suffers from food intolerance or allergies, it is important to notify us during registration.

If your child has severe allergies, they must ALWAYS carry their Epipen in a case attached to their waist. Only children in the 5-6 year old groups will need to give their Epipen to their counselor upon arrival at camp. No child can stay at camp without their Epipen.

Illnesses and Injuries

Illnesses

Except for COVID-19 symptoms, if your child exhibits any of the following signs, to prevent contamination to other children, please keep them at home:

  • Diarrhea
  • Rash
  • Fever in the last 24 hours (38.5 °C)
  • Infectious illness
  • Vomiting in the last 24 hours

If any of these symptoms appear during the camp day, a staff member will contact you to pick up your child. Please note that no refund will be issued.

Injuries

The release form must be signed when the child is registered.

If a child is injured during the camp day, a staff member will contact you to pick them up. In case of incidents, a report will be completed by the staff and communicated to you.

If an Adrénaline+ staff member deems it necessary or appropriate, due to illness or accident, to transport a child by ambulance, the associated costs will be charged to the parents.

At all times, parents are responsible for notifying the Adrénaline+ team if their child’s health requires specific care or precautions. The child’s medical form must be completed during registration, including emergency phone numbers.

Absences & Late Arrivals

In case of absence or late arrival, please inform our team by phone or email. When leaving a voicemail or sending an email, please provide all necessary information, including the child’s name and the reason for the absence.
